Shipping policy

Free shipping: All orders ship free within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.

Processing time: Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from Houston, Texas. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Express shipping: Express orders placed by 12:00 pm CT, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CT or on weekends ship the next business day. Delivery time depends on the service you choose at checkout.

Carriers: We ship with UPS or USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Local pickup: Free local pickup is available at 7311 Galveston Rd, Suite 400, Houston, TX 77034, Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–5:00 pm CT. Choose “Local pickup” at checkout and wait for your “ready for pickup” email before coming in.

Damaged or missing packages: If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us at sales@omni12.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product, and we’ll make it right.
